Super ICU

-3 levels of cooking grates provide over 2100 square inches of cooking space in main chamber. -Grates are removable. Removing top 2 grates gives you 22 inches of headroom while still maintaining over 700 square inches of cooking space.

-The ICU is a superb pizza cooking unit.  It will hold temps at 500 with no problem.  It will accommodate three large pizzas per rack.

-The ICU comes in multiple sizes.  The standard is 3 feet wide and 2 feet deep.  The Super ICU is 4 feet wide and 2 feet deep.

-Additional shelves on all units are just $200.  This is a steal when thinking about the additional pizzas and ribs you can turn out with the extra shelf space.

-Sliding water pan shelf allows easy placement of water pan without occupying space on cooking grate.**
